HAVE QUESTIONS?

Please note that any questions you have pertaining to applications, examinations, licensing or complaints must first be submitted to the Board Office. You can call the office, email a staff member, send a fax or write a letter outlining your questions and we will be glad to assist you. DO NOT CONTACT A BOARD MEMBER FIRST! Although members of the Board are a vital aspect to the process, they cannot assist you with matters that are handled through the Board Office. Complaints especially need to be sent to the Board Office since a complaint could possibly be heard by the entire Board and could jeopardize a case in its entirety. If a staff member cannot appropriately assist you, you will then be referred to the appropriate Board member. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation in this matter.
